D69 Designs Social Automation — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 20 October 2026

This policy describes how D69 Designs uses Pinterest data through its private social media automation application (“the App”). The App is operated exclusively to manage D69 Designs' own business Pinterest account. It is not offered to other Pinterest users or third-party customers.

1. Who operates the App

The App is operated by D69 Designs, an independent digital-products and printable-art shop. For privacy-related questions or requests, contact D69 Designs through the Etsy shop messaging system: https://www.etsy.com/shop/D69Designs.

2. Information accessed and processed

When the business account authorizes the App, it may access information needed to manage its own Pinterest activity, including account identifiers, board identifiers and names, Pin identifiers, Pin content and links, publication status, and available performance statistics. It also processes authorization credentials needed for the connection, including access and refresh tokens.

The App does not request access to other Pinterest users' private accounts, private messages, payment card details, or customer purchase records.

3. How information is used

Information is used to select the appropriate Pinterest boards, create and publish Pins linking to D69 Designs products, schedule publication through internal automation, prevent duplicate postings, monitor publication errors, and review the performance of the business's own Pins.

4. Storage and service providers

Automation is operated through a privately managed n8n installation. Operational records, publishing metadata, and approved promotional media may be stored using connected services including Google Drive and Notion. Pinterest processes information according to its own policies. Hosting providers may process technical access logs needed to serve this page. The App does not sell Pinterest account data or use it to build advertising audiences for third parties.

5. Data sharing

Access is limited to the App operator and the service providers needed to perform the purposes described above. Promotional images, videos and links intended for public Pinterest posts are made public when published. Account authorization tokens and internal records are not intentionally made public.

6. Retention and security

Operational records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for publication management, diagnostics, accountability, and security, and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Access credentials are stored in restricted automation credentials storage; HTTPS and access controls are used where available. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Revoking access and requesting deletion

The Pinterest account owner can revoke the App's authorization through Pinterest account settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by D69 Designs, contact the operator through Etsy messages. Applicable requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with relevant law. Data already published publicly on Pinterest may need to be removed separately through Pinterest.

8. International services

Some connected service providers may process data in other countries. Where applicable, their terms and privacy practices govern that processing, alongside relevant data protection requirements.

9. Changes

This page may be updated as the App's integrations or processing practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
